COVID-19 Updates: Please allow extra time for delivery due to covid-19 related shipping delays.

Processing Time

The majority of orders will ship within 2-5 days. Some items such as original artwork may take up to 10 days. If you would like your order rushed, please email me to ensure I can get it shipped as quickly as possible.

Stickers Only shipping

This option is for first class shipping for orders that are only stickers. If you choose this option and your order includes additional items, I will invoice you the difference. Please note, this option does NOT include tracking. If you would like tracking for your stickers, please choose “small painting.”

USPS First Class Shipping

This option includes tracking and may take up to a week to arrive, depending on your location. It does not include insurance for your item in case of loss or damage during the shipping process.

USPS Priority Mail

This option includes tracking and typically takes 2-4 days to arrive, depending on your location. Please select this option for any original art, as it includes insurance.

Large and/or Framed Artwork

This option is for artwork that is larger than 11in x 14in or that is framed. This option includes tracking and insurance, and is an estimate for the cost of shipping larger artwork. Any differences in the final shipping cost will be refunded or invoiced.

Local pick up

If you live near Rexburg, Idaho you may stop by my studio to pick up your artwork. Please use code REXBURG15 at checkout for a shipping discount, and then send me an email at pennandlightcreative@gmail.com to schedule a pick up time.

International shipping

Shipping will be calculated based on size, weight, and location. Please contact me at pennandlightcreative@gmail.com for international shipping quotes.


Return policy

May I return my purchase?

All sales of original artwork and commissions are final. Other items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it, provided it is in like-new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact Shelby before starting a return.

My item is damaged, what do I do?

Please provide photographic proof of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be shipped back prior to shipping your new items. Any items damaged after delivery do not qualify for exchanges.

My order was lost / stolen / not delivered — what can I do?

We are so sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately, we are not responsible or liable for any damage or negligence due to the shipping service. Please reach out to the shipping service to file a claim with them when this occurs. If your order is returned to the studio, we will happily forward it back to you.
